Ayo Jones is an AI in Education Strategist and the author of Surviving the AI SHiFT. As a TEA Approved CPE Provider with two decades of experience in education and learning development, her work is dedicated to closing the gap between technological potential and human capability. Ayo provides leaders, school districts, and organizations with clear, strategic frameworks for navigating the disruption of artificial intelligence. Her focus is not on chasing tools, but on building the timeless, human-centered skills that foster resilience, creativity, and innovation in an increasingly automated world. She believes that the most important question isn’t “What can AI do?” but rather, “How can we use AI to make us more intelligent, collaborative, and humane?” Passionate about Africa’s role in the intelligence age, Ayo advocates for educational reform that prepares students to become the architects and ethical stewards of future technology, ensuring that the continent is not just a consumer of AI, but a leader in its thoughtful and strategic implementation. She is currently based in Tema, Ghana in West Africa.
